So its the last day of the month and if your like me are both excited and sad to be wrapping your projects up. But the final show is right around the corner, and with that comes some rules for submitting!
There will be two drop off times at AIR (which is 518 Foreland St on the north side).
Tuesday Feb 16th between 6-9 (during open studio hours)
Wednesday Feb 17th between 4-8
If you absolutely cannot make these times it is possible that you may be able to come sometime on Thursday when we're hanging the rest of the show, or an hour before the show starts. But ideally I need everyone to stick as closely to these times as possible.
When you bring your projects make sure to have an artist's statement which should include: your name, title, medium used and any other information you feel is pertinent.
Also if you have specific instructions for how you want your project displayed/hung let us know at this time. We will do our best to honor people's requests but have to work with the limitations of the space we have.
Also we will need to make sure to get everyone's contact info at the time of the show to make sure we can get your projects back to to you, and I am possibly drafting a disclaimer as well.
If you have any specific needs for displaying your projects (is it on a computer, is it electronic in some way etc.), get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange!
Finally, we will be encouraging people to take their projects home at the end of the show. If you can't do this for some reason I will take the remaining projects to my house and will have a few hours on a specific day for people to pick them up!
