Some photos from this year's show!

Hi everybody,

The 2013 Fun-a-Day show was a triumph! 27 artists showed work, tons of people came out, tons of cookies were eaten!

Best of all: everybody who came into the gallery had big smiles on their faces as they moved from piece to piece. I don't know that I've ever been to another art show where people were as happy as they were last night! What a great way to close out Fun-a-Day!

Here's a small set of photos from the show. If you have other photos, send 'em along to funadaypgh@gmail.com! I really like to keep a documented history of this project, and would love to see it from another vantage point!

Here are just a few photos from the night:

Mr. Roboto Project, full of people. Visible projects in this photo include "dude-a-day" embroidered celebrities, "Shower curtain art" watercolors, "hankerchief-a-day" on the clothesline, "Mad-Lib-a-day" on the far wall, and next to that, to the left, are self-portraits, twin figurines, and questions.

Checking out all the different knitting stitches.

L and R, self portraits by three-year-old twins. Center: twin figurines and questions from the kids, documented by their parents.
Thanks to everybody for another great Fun-a-Day! And thanks again so very much to the Mr. Roboto Project's March artist Emily Wobb for sharing the gallery with us during her show's opening. Even if you weren't able to make it to the Fun-a-Day show, definitely try to get to Roboto in March to check out Emily's show. It's wonderful and bonkers and involves giant painted "Nascarpets."
